I felt like I just purchased a 40+k dollar car. I have an issue and they were not going to attempt to look at it afraid it might cost them money. Than when I drive home I feel like they messed with the computer because when I cleared the warning before I went in it was good until I turned it off. After I left the warning was constantly coming back on after clearing it. Not happy at all.

I asked to have my turn signal sound turned up because it was inaudible. I was charged $68 for this simple task, which I briefed as a safety issue. I was told that all the vehicles arrive perfect from Toyota, do it was my issue, not theirs. I was told it was a “customization” when in fact it was a necessary adjustment to make the vehicle work properly and safely. I feel I should not have been charged for this. I now have a very unfavorable opinion of WW Toyota.

I took my 4Runner in because the alternator pully broke. They replaced my alternator and serpentine belt, which corrected that initial issue. However, I didn't get even 2 miles from the dealership after picking it up before my check engine light came on. I immediately turned around and drove back. They peeked under the hood, scanned the code, and said it was a fuel line seal issue. They told me that I should go in to their parts area and buy a new gas cap but, if that didn't fix it, I'd have to pay for a new diagnostic and smoke test. They didn't have the gas cap in stock so they ordered it and I went home where it took my husband 2 seconds to see that they had not connected a vacuum hose. He connected it and the issue was fixed. I'm glad the gas cap had to be ordered because, if I had bought it right then and there, it still wouldn't have fixed the problem and I would have been out that money and who knows how much more. Due to their own error.

Nester has treated me so well. He always explains diagnosis of my vehicle. Followed by what the cost the repair. He communicates so well how long the repair is going to take. In my experience with repairs I've had on all my vehicles I have never had someone who is so professing friendly. I told Nester that when I am ready to trade my vehicle in for another new one.
