Toyota needs to amend their charges on the appointment website as the charges are grossly inflated, which is misleading. If I did not have an extended warranty agreement that only honors Toyota servicing, I would have chosen to go elsewhere, based on this information. Nestor Monreal always employs excellent customer service courtesies.

I was disappointed to learn that I had purchased a car inspected by Toyota that had two tires put on backwards. This is my second oil change since the purchase and it wasn’t caught at the previous inspection either. That concerns me in regards to whether I can trust the technicians at Walla Walla Toyota.
The service person didn’t pay attention to the fact that I told him I was at Toyota waiting on my vehicle. He called me on the phone to find out where I was. I was just around the corner from him. Usually your service people are much more more on the ball.

Juan Pradopio did an excellent job! He always kept me informed on the status of my RAV4 maintenance. His communication skills were very much appreciated. Not only did my vehicle get a scheduled warranty checkup, it also required some trouble shooting because of an engine warning light coming on.
