My service rider was Austin. He was awesome to work with. My only concern was my appointment was for 7:30 AM. I got the distinct feeling that the scheduler who unlocked the doors at 7:15 was upset that I was there that early. She stated they opened at 7:30. The shuttle driver Aviud was very polite and helpful. The work was performed on schedule. They stated about four 4 1/2 hours and I received a call that it was ready just after 1 o’clock lunch hour.
