It was unfortunate that the technician failed to find the secure lug nut to rotate the tires in a timely fashion. Asst. service Mgr Javier was very helpful upon checkout and in explanation of the delay during checkout.

Totally disgusted by the 3% charge to my credit card when I clearly over paid for services at Toyota WW! My bill started at barely $800 and the. With a service charge to my card almost $840!! I can find another facility to complete the exact same “Toyota” services that do not absolutely screw over the costumer in “service fees”!
