8:30 appointment. No calls or updates by 12:30. I called. Told they’d call me back when the tech got back from lunch. I called again at 1:30. Couldn’t even get to speak to a service person. Finally had to talk to a sales manager who was kind enough to go and get the status. At 1:45 I found that they had not even started working on my vehicle yet. They finally started working on it and had it done in less than 2 hours. Very frustrated with customer service and the fact that a 2 hour job didn’t even get started until 5 hours after my appointment. I would love to have a talk with the service manager.

There was some oil? On the front passenger seat. I was able to clean most of it out of the seat but there still appears to be a faint black spot on the seat. Other than that, very pleased with the customer service and maintenance performed on my Tacoma.

Austin was really helpful. I needed to change my battery after it unexpectedly died and Austin went out of his way to check for availability and parts. I was able to drive home with a new battery within a couple hours of calling for help. Great first experience at the dealership with my first Toyota. Definitely will keep coming back for maintenance.
