I made an appointment at Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff AZ. I arrived a little early. I was welcomed, checked in, and was told the amount of time it would take. 2 hours later I received a phone call and told service was complete. I went to Findlay and was shown what was done. I found Zach, the service advisor to be dismissive of our concerns and rude. He did not ask the technicians what was looked at on my vehicle but rather said he assumed they were correct that my car was found to have nothing wrong with it because they didn’t recreate the noise which I have heard multiple times and also said if I brought it in again 1 or 2 more times I would have to pay $180 service fee despite my car being 3 weeks old and having very little mileage on it. I first heard the noise the day I bought the car. He also sent a text saying the car was ready when in reality it still needed a coating to be applied which takes 2 hours.
