I’ve got to tell you that my experience with Flagstaff Toyota was about 100% better than what I received at Camelback Toyota, which is where I bought the vehicle. From the very beginning when I was greeted by your staff, who were absolutely wonderful, and then Hallie, who also was very sweet, attentive kind, and the vehicle was taken care of promptly. I waited less than an hour. If you guys had the clearcoat for the paint, I would do all the warranty work through you. Camelback Toyota is too big, too loud, and nobody cares. The difference was night and day. Thank you so much, for a wonderful kind experience. Camelback Toyota is impersonal, I felt like I was putting them out for my work, the greeter there was nasty and again I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Your outfit far exceeded my expectations. Thank you again.

Thank you for asking me about my recent service visit at Toyota. First, I am concerned and will communicate with Toyota regarding the Fuel Pump failure. I purchased my vehicle in 2022 from your dealership, and it has 42,000 miles. Typically a Fuel Pump is good for 100,000 miles. Second, while Randy Waites stepped in to de-escalate the situation with **** and provide me with necessary information, **** needs some customer communication skills training. His phone conversations, in person communication, and final comment “this is going no where” were rude and insensitive. The repair took longer than expected, cost more than the estimate, and lacked the professionalism I expect from Toyota Findley. I have lived in Flagstaff since 1989, and this was my worst experience ever with your dealership. Sharon W

I have been extremely frustrated with Findlay service and have yet to receive any actual service on my vehicle when I bring it in.
When I purchased my tundra from Isaac in March 2024, I had a wonderful experience. I gave a great Google review and was excited to be a part of the “Findlay Family”. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have been disappointed.
Less than a year after buying it, I brought the truck in because the heater was not blowing adequate hot air. This was making the harsh Flagstaff Winters even more difficult, especially for my young kids in the back. I brought my truck in twice and multiple Toyota trained technicians recognized that the air was not blowing as it should and rather than dissecting the problem or trying to do actual service they claimed that because there was no error code they were powerless to do anything.
So I have a warranty that is useless in that case.
I also had bubbling on the front of my truck and I was told by one of the technicians that they “took a picture of it and sent it to their Northern Arizona guy and he thought it was caused by heat” so, my warranty doesn’t fix that and all I got was a $1500 quote from Toyota to fix it…
Now, the front left side was chirping. I took a video of it and thought that for sure with a video and audio the service department could do something but again, I was disappointed. The advice I got was that I needed to wait until the noise started again and then I could bring in the truck. The problem is that the noise was starting when I was in the middle of nowhere Texas when I was hauling my trailer. And I can imagine the similar thing will happen. So what good is that advice.
I can’t stress enough how frustrating the service department is at your Toyota dealership. When I told the main guy how frustrated I was with the warranty his response was “well, it’s not my warranty“ when I emphasized that you were the main Toyota dealership in Northern Arizona so it most definitely is your warranty.
It’s that type of attitude and the lack of service I’ve ever received that is affecting your bottom line. My wife and I are in the market for an electric vehicle/hybrid, but rather than going to Toyota we have put a down payment on a Rivian. A contractor who is working with us is in the market for a new truck to replace his Ford and I steered him away from Toyota based on both the issues I’ve mentioned above and the lack of service I have received.
