Zach was terrible. From the moment I talked to him over the phone, to the time I left tge appointment he was rude and not helpful. He was not honest in multiple times. However, his supervisor over heard the conversation, came over to me and made things right. Despite a terrible experience with Zach I would return because of his supervisor offered good customer service

I had requested shuttle service, to avoid waiting for a couple of hours. I signed in to register for the shuttle, but after waiting for one hour, the shuttle never showed up. Fortunately the wait was only about 1.5 hours, but I didn't know that in advance
The service itself was excellent, no complaints at all about that. Clayton is very competent and pleasant to deal with!
