I came for an oil change. No tire balance or rotate. No car wash.
It took 3 hours. I had to drive back because the tech didn’t finish screwing g in the metal plate for the oil drain on the skid plate. It was literally hanging by a thread. **** was very nice and sincere. He did his job. This is the third major issue I’ve had with your shop over the years. And always double wait times.

**** was fine. The dealership informed me that they didn't have the tire needed
Set up an appointment for the following day to replace the defective tire. After waiting for 2 hours I was told that the replacement tire was also defective. Will have to come in again next week. Clearly the primal tire was defective since the car was nee and it had been slowly leaking since I got it. Without my having bought tire and wheel insurance when I bought it there is no warranty on the defective tire.
