I now have to come back to have additional service done which could have been done at time if I had been notified. 3 hours after I leave with my vehicle she text me my car is ready.

**** was professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Findlay to everyone I know. The only change I would have made to my experience was I would have included in the text directions to dropping off one’s car; such as; pull into service area and wait for attendant. I waited in a line for a few minutes before realizing there was no one in the cars in front of me. Thinking I was in the wrong line I went inside only to be directed to wait in my car which I did. Otherwise service was impeccable.
