Service was great, but the person who retrieved our car afterwards tried to rip the tag off our key and bent the keyring. He just said “oh sorry” and left. Not a big deal but if you are aiming for great service, not a good way to end it.

My only complaint is not haley helpers fault. My key fob and my Toyota app don’t work together anymore. I can’t check my locked doors, mileage or anything anymore. Service department should have checked that before it was given back to me.

I’m new to Flagstaff and a new Toyota owner, first time at this dealership. The attendant and Zach were both very attentive and kind. I appreciated the comfy waiting area, coffee and popcorn.
