They spent time with me, explaining everything.
My car is not fixed, has been there since Nov,21, 2023 and I spent $1800 on a rental car.

I had sticker shock from the final amount due. I thought I was getting routine maintenance. It could have been explained upfront better by my advisor on what to expect. I have no idea if a 4 wheel drive service was recommended at 35k milage and I had never heard of that type of service prior. If it is routine at that milage it would have been really helpful to provide me with a heads up of the cost.
