Halllie was awesome. Some days I feel like I waste a lot of time at the dealership, but on both check in and check out she was very fast, yet not at all frantic or rushed. I normally don’t bother with reviews, but this was my best service experience at Findlay.

It was all good. The only thing that could have been better is if I had received more detailed information about the state of balance of the tires. When I asked, I was told “minor adjustments” were made but since I specifically requested the extra service I would like to have known exactly how much they were off balance.
