The service rep answered my questions, but it felt like he was bothered that I was asking questions. Also, I was told the service would be no longer than 1 1/2 hrs and I didn’t get out of there until nearly 2 hrs later, for a simple inspection.

At first I was a little taken back. I asked a question regarding the cost, and the response he gave. Matter of fact and dry. Didn’t feel welcomed. I know it’s part of your service to check everything and the list was pretty disheartening and now as I drive down the road I feel unsafe. To fix my car it cost more than my car is worth.
