Zachary was great but the employees that greet us upon arrival are a bit awkward. They don’t seem to really understand what they’re supposed to be doing or it’s possibly just their personality. Either way, I’d prefer to just wait for the advisor than have a meaningless conversation with someone who just wants to write down my mileage. I do really like the service I get here though and my comment has nothing to do with how well everyone does their jobs.

My brake fluid and coolant were both low and never refilled even though it was check marked on the sheet. It was recommended that I change my lugnuts because they " swelled " which I never heard of. Very unsatisfied with this last visit

The temporary solution is doable. I plan to return when I'm financially ready for another car payment. No pushing..accepted my plan
