I had a scheduled appointment. When I got to Toyota, there was a long line of cars checking in. Did they all have the same time appointment? It took 3 hours for a standard regular service! I have noticed that Findlay Toyota is not as efficient as it used to be. The agents seem rushed when they used to take time to explain things to customers. One shouldn’t have to wait 3 hours for an oil change.

Findley Toyota was able to get me in on short notice wen I heard a concerning noise just before I was to drive out of state, and then were able to finish the repair in time for me to pick up my grandson from school that day. James was so helpful in keeping me informed and making sure I was taken care of and got finished before I needed to get to my grandson's school.

We made an appointment a few weeks ago to come in for a recall repair and at the time my husband had a tire sensor that was broken after getting new tires at another facility. They had to order the part, so Toyota told him to come back and that he didn’t need to make an appointment. He was there this morning before the shop service department opened and he did not get out of there until almost 3 PM in the afternoon. Had he been able to make an appointment? It might have been different. It was a simple repair but he had to wait there all day with no idea how long it would take.

I made an appointment with Zach for my maintenance as he is the tech I have established serving with. When I arrived this new person handled my servicing? I like to keep my car with the same person as we know my vehicle as well as each other. No issues with the new guy, just not the person with whom I made the appointment. Then today I get a note from yet another person saying my record indicates I may need to schedule servicing. I think I may be switching back to big two for future toyota dealings with one person I used on my previously owned toyota vehicle.
