When I noticed that it said that the cabin filter was missing on the receipt I mentioned it to Zachery, and asked how that could be when work was done in August stating that they had replaced it but didn’t. He went and got a filter and put it in for us.

I had an appointment scheduled yet the service provider didn’t know why I had brought my car in. When my car was done I was ready to sign off my paper work and get my keys. The service provider had me sign someone else’s paper work then she called me by different names when I had said my name more than twice. It took her a while to find my own paper work. After all this it took even longer for my car to be brought back to the garage. With any other service provider they’re organized and professional. This person was not.

My car is a 2024 and it has a squeaking issue when the heater or air conditioner is turned on for the first half an hour. I have tried to fix it with the dealer before I moved to Arizona and they were an hour away from my house so the squeak would stop. You were about 30 minutes from my house so it stops as well. This complaint isn’t necessarily an issue of your service it’s more of a general Toyota. I bought a brand new car payed it off because i did not want to have issues, and I’m constantly being told I have to pay money to diagnose the issue. It’s a 2024 and it’s paid off I don’t know why I have to pay money to fix the problem that you guys should already know about . There are plenty of 2024 on the forum complaining about this issues and the dealers don’t seem to care. So you line up with other dealers as well. I will document the issue with videotape and bring in other people complaining on forums about it for my next visit but this seems like a very extreme thing to do as I’m not a mechanic and it’s a brand new car. This is something you guys should take care of and look at for a warranty issue. You disregarded everything I said about why it’s happening and said it’s possibly the speakers I don’t even use the speakers in the car. It’s definitely coming from outside the vehicle underneath the hood. If you open the windows you here it louder . My wife and everyone I bring in the car hears is it as well. I’m spending more time fixing this than Toyota even cares to put into it. I most likely will never buy another Toyota because I’ve never had an experience like this with a new car and a dealership. Volvo and Chevy would never do this they would look at the car and try to fix it. You guys won’t do it unless I pay you $107 if you find nothing which you won’t cause you’re trying to say it’s the speakers ,you will charge me $107. That is not OK I didn’t say there was a problem with the speakers. So I will be putting more effort into documenting this besides words, that you disregard when I told you, and do a videotape as well. You seem to care more about the old couple that was leaving then my truck when I was trying to tell you about the problem maybe that’s why there was some confusion with where it was coming from. When I told you I paid off the car and this shouldn’t be having a problem in a 2024 you definitely changed your attitude. You seem to judge a book by the cover because I did not have the best clothing on due to not being unpacked. I just got here two days ago I’m sorry I’m a little rough looking.
Just a recap , there’s a loud screech noise when the air blower is turned on in the car regardless of heat or air conditioning, this noise last for about half an hour and it’s random in consistency but it stops if I turn the air off right away. After about a half an hour it goes away completely. The vent seemed to have a mind of their own and constantly changing speeds and making high pitch electronic noises even when it’s not on an auto. ( this is only if the car is on for hours )There has been a squealing noise one time where it sounds like the vent was stuck and it just sounded like a yelling screaming noise. It also smelled like burning .That has only happened once but I think it’s related. It smelled like burning smoke when it happened. If something is burning it’s probably contaminating my cab so I would like this fixed.
