Hallie understood our situation after we were stranded on I-40 with a punctured radiator. She has been extremely helpful all the way through the repair of our car - providing timely email updates to let us know how the work was going. We live in Virginia so its not likely that we would visit Findlay Toyota again - but you never know. We have been very satisfied with our Findlay experience.

I would have appreciated some more info about making sure the gas cap was turned to one click . But then letting me know if it could take 100 miles or so for the check engine light to go off after adjusting the gas cap.
This info would have contributed to our decision of what needed to be done when our check engine light came on at 2,500 miles on a 2024

My only complaint about the experience was the wait time. I was told 1.5 hours and it was 2.5 hours, so I was late to work. No complaints about the service advisor or the work completed. My appointment was on a Friday, so that may have impacted the wait time. Are there days when the service department is not as busy?
