Told me the cost of them and the importance. Got me a ride to where I wanted to go. Notified the car was being serviced and when it was done. Works very well either way the public. Celia was rude. Not very knowledgeable, helpful, nor kind. I particularly don’t feel that she knew anything about the car, the process or the information I was requesting. Her answers were always in a irritable tone. With answers like “I don’t know, depends,” when I ask depending on what. She will say…”I don’t know”… I tried to be kind but she was honestly very rude at times. Not sure if I will trust her, or the dealership again. Not even in the cost estimation she had a clear idea of what to say. Very dissatisfied.
