The staff here made the worst possible scenario with my car so much better! Hallie assisted me for almost 2 months helping me trouble shoot my car that was completely totaled due to a third party’s failure. She was patient, kind, attentive & empathetic. She was able to get all my questions and concerns answered and checked in along the way. 10/10 gem. She got me connected to Kyle who sold me my new Tacoma! Kyle was professional and personable and gave me the best deal he could find. I drove 2hrs from Scottsdale to do business with the folks up in Flagstaff SOLEY for their stellar customer service. My bad situation could’ve been made worse if I gave it to a dealership that only cared about their bottom line. The people at Toyota Flagstaff are INCREDIBLE. Thank you so much Hallie and Kyle!!!! Love my new car.
