The only concern I had this time is the lack of communication. Dropped of vehicle on Thursday was told it would be one day. On Friday I didn’t hear anything from anyone. I started calling and texting and to no avail. Finally around 4:30 o spoke to Rhonda and explained my situation that I was concerned that I had a loaner and I wasn’t sure if I could keep it another night. She said if we haven’t called you yet then it’s fine you can keep the loaner but that service rep would communicate at some point. Finally on Saturday around 11am I received an update.

This was the worst service I have ever. I had an appointment at 11 AM, the promised time was 2 PM, no one called me and it was 3 PM, so I called and was told that the car was ready. After I drove 30 minutes to the dealership, I was told it was not ready. I had to wait an hour and a half to get my car, at 5:30 PM after the dealership was closed. I don't understand why a normal 20,000 mile service took six hours. My appointment was at 11 AM and I got my car at 5:30 PM and the dealership couldn't even dry my car once they had washed it. I was so dissatisfied with the service and will never be returning.
