Elda Lopez was personally polite, but the entire day was wasted waiting for the car. The appointment was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., but she didn’t call until around 5:00 p.m. to inform that the tire protection claim had been denied.The following morning, there was a wait of over an hour just to pick up the car. Lexus provided very disappointing customer service.
