I love Keyes Lexis and have always had great service coordinators besides Anthony. I had him a couple of times and thought he was a "C" customer service representative The first time I thought he was having a bad day or just busy. But today confirmed he either has an issue with woman or me. He is only a "C" representative When everyone else at Keyes is exceptional on their customer service. I wouldn't say anything but a manager I appreciate feedback when one if the team is not meeting our standards of excellence.

Bill was wonderful assisting me with my car. As I had issues at the Lexus Beverly hills service center they didn't assist me with my dashboard car resetting issue. They didn't want to look into it further knowing I got the car from another Lexus dealership. Beverly hills service center was very rude and unhelpful when I had appointment. I will be making separate review with Lexus Beverly hills service center as it was awful experience. I was happy Lexus Keyes was able to assist me in professional and timely manner efficiently.
