Yes! Completely satisfied with the service of my car. But very unsatisfactory with your Cashier. I suggest that you replace your cashier with machine. I am expecting a very complete high customer service satisfaction from Lexus but failed with a Cashier with no knowledge of Cust service. Also, you allow your employee to be wearing slippers at work ???

Danecia was wonderful. She could not have done more. However, AAAA had a great deal of difficulty getting in touch with the service manager. This was a huge job and one that was happening over the holidays so it made it difficult for everybody. On the hole, I am very satisfied with the work that Lexus did, and that my service person Denecia did.
