Danecia was wonderful. She could not have done more. However, AAAA had a great deal of difficulty getting in touch with the service manager. This was a huge job and one that was happening over the holidays so it made it difficult for everybody. On the hole, I am very satisfied with the work that Lexus did, and that my service person Denecia did.

Anthony was terrific. I was called by Keyes Lexus to setup this Friday appt today. I came at 10:45 and had to wait 30 min before seeing Anthony. He then told me there wasn't any airbag recall. This is outrageous. My wife is presently in the ICU of Tarzana Hospital. It was OK for me to go but why was this done? Please do contact me on this.

Although my car was not serviced perfectly by the mechanic this time (I had to return a few minutes after picking up my car due to a issue arising from my brake service), Anthony and the foreman were very quick to respond to the brake issue- and I really appreciated it.

I was quoted almost $6500 for my car to be fixed. I went to Lexus of Beverly Hills for a second opinion and am now getting my car fix for less than $1800. I am not sure why Keyes felt like they could charge an absurd amount for me to get my car fix, but I will absolutely never be back. What a rip off. You should be ashamed for trying to take advantage of people.
