Paid for detail..and was promised streak free from call center representative . Had soap or cleaner marks on passenger door and mark on dashboards I had to use micro fiber towel myself to clean off but I did take pictures with date stamp and time . Customer service was really great but I did feel overlooked at times when trying to talk to service advisor on two separate occasions. Was waiting and service advisor saw I was waiting and called in other customer behind me and customer made a comment that I was first and then he took me. But overall would come back.

Needed battery changed in dead fib and not asked
Tech report link sent by text was helpful and had a list of every thing cKed on car but once I paid that link disappeared from my texts from Lexus would be nice to see this linear list of what was checked on my car car versus the unreadable run on stench all in caps on my receipt. The cost of the service is overpriced
