Check in was confusing. I was standing outside waiting for the agent that was assigned to my car. After about 10-15 minutes waiting and no one giving me any feedback or reassurance that I was not waiting in vain, I went inside to sit down still no one came around. I thought I had better go outside again. I saw some one at my car and waited to speak to him but he decided to go and assist some one who had arrived well after me. I managed to get the agents attention and told him which car was mine. He had helped me on my 5000 mile visit and I asked him about notes he had promised to include about condensation in my rear brake lights. He hadn’t made those notes. : ( I told him I would be waiting for my car. He said it would be a long wait and that I could get a loaner. I am new to this dealership so I do not know the procedure for getting a loaner he just handed me the paper work and did not direct me to where I would go to get a loaner. I waited nearly three hours and some of the inspection points were not taken care of. I hope I get better service for my 10,000 mile service.
