What service?!?. I brought my car in 3/18/24 for a free 10k service which is what they told me when I made the appointment for 11.30. Anthony confirmed with me that because they never performed the 5k service correctly, this service would be free. After asking twice if my car was done around 1pm, Anthony finally came and told me at 1:30 they went to lunch and never even started working on it. I then took my car home. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called the service manager on the way home and he had no answer for me. I’m still waiting for his response.????
Also there is no complimentary snacks now.

I was charged over $600 that was not what I was anticipating… The website was extremely confusing and everything said $0.00 dollars… Then when I went to go pick up my car, I was charged $619 for an oil change and Other BS… I had even explained to Danecia how disappointed I was two weeks ago with the other technician who wanted to charge me $400 for an oil change… She didn’t even call me to ask me and double check when evidently I approved the charge
In previous years, Andy was my go to and unfortunately he moved to Woodland Hills. If I continue to be a Lexus customer, I most likely going to go to Woodland Hills from now on just so I can have better service.
