The Lexus experience usually reminders customers of why we choose luxury vehicles to drive. The quality, attention to detail and elevated experience are attributes that come to mind yet, during my visit my experience was garbage. I waited for over an hour for a car that was said to be ready. I was emailed payment info for express check out and was met by confusion as when I went to pay service cashiers explained I still needed paperwork from the provider. I deserve better and I want better. I was not satisfied by my visit in the least. Lexus to me is top tier, not sure that’s still the case after my recent visit.

Somebody stole money out of my secret compartment. Along with my business magnets that were outside the car. Prior towards releasing it, pick the car up on Saturday approximately yet 4:45 PM. By the time I got home to notice the inspection of the vehicle is when I alerted Anthony. I wasn't aware of the money being missing until I got home and checked thoroughly and noticed that over a $130 was missing from my secret compartment. Inside Alexis question markthis is unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be in later today earlier this morning before noon.
