Price charged extremely & grossly overpriced & unreasonable, 4+hour wait for minor service, car wash very very poorly done & sloppy…Lexus service and quality has considerably gone down, disappeared.. Bill was wonderful, can’t say the same for the rest. Very, very disappointed, will go to another dealership next time. Wheels weren’t washed as the technician’s black dirt marks are still on the rims!! Keyes Lexus was 100times way better!!!

Walking in for an oil change and receiving the recommendation for $4000 of "routine services" is a bad look. If someone needs things then suggest it, but that much was ridiculous. I do not plan on returning.
