I love going to the Van Nuys Lexus place. Everybody is amazing great atmosphere clean love being around there. I have no problem waiting for my car for 2 to 3 hours. I know the gentleman is working a couple days a week at the Valencia location and will eventually work at the Valencia location. Thank God because that is the reason why I go to Van Nuys is because of him. He will be taking over the Valencia location which is about 2 miles away from me, but I’d rather drive to the Van Nuys location but now that I know that he will be at the Valencia location in the next couple months .I am super super excited and hopefully the Valencia location will be, a transformation because of him .

I had a new side mirror installed on my suv today.
When I got home, neither side window folded in, like they are supposed to.
This Lexus service department promises much more than they can handle. They are so close to where I live but I’m hesitant to return when almost every time I go there I don’t have a good experience, where I can just know that my car was there so it must be OK. Like tonight, it is not.
