When I dropped my car off on Saturday I was told I usually can’t drop the loaner car off on a Sunday but they then said they’d make an exception for me since I could not return it that Saturday. Then on Sunday I was told I wouldn’t be able to get my car back because service was closed. It was not communicated to me that even though I could return the loaner car Sunday that I could not pick up my car which is a big detail to leave out. Then when I came to return the loaner Monday and pick up my car, everyone i interacted with seemed like they had no idea who I was or how to properly help me. It was bizarre. Like I was a bother to them. I didn’t bring the paperwork with me but the employees seem like they had no idea how to help me. Isn’t my name and info in your system? It just was not a smooth experience overall. I will say that when I used to go to the Beverly Hills Lexus service center, they seemed much more competent and friendly.
