My wife waited 2 hours after her scheduled appointment time before her car was serviced. The last time she brought the car to be serviced, the service was completed but she was not notified the service was completed until the car sat 90 minutes. This is unacceptable.

The SUV was returned to us with black marks on the driver’s side visor and headliner, presumably from dirty hands. I contacted Mike as soon as I saw it. He has to speak with his service manager who is not available until Monday. He apologized profuselh and promised to take care of it. We are not happy about this but are hopeful that there will be a prompt resolution.
