I was there for 4 hours today for something that I was told could take a couple of hours. After a couple of hours someone should at least give you an update on how much longer they think it will be. I’ve always been pleased with the service department but today I was not.

It would be preferable if the customer could reach Service by phone. If you don’t have your phone with you or check it constantly you miss text. I sought, via phone, text, and email, to find out the status of my vehicle but never could get a reply. I ended up coming down and waiting in the customer lounge.

Both waiting areas were full, so we went up to the sales department. My car was in for an oil change and tire rotation. He came and found me and told me what was needed to be changed on this visit in addition to the oil and I was very appreciative of that and he went on and changed With my approval I always have a great experience with my car at Roberts Toyota.
