Everything went fine but I do get a little tired of being asked if I’d like to tack on “so and so” because Toyota recommends it.. i pay monthly to have everything paid service wise and i feel a little deceived when I’m asked if i want more done

Made an appointment for 10 am. My vehicle was not pulled into the garage to be worked on for quite a long time. 1 hour and 50 mins for an oil change. This seems to be fairly consistent issue.

As an owner of a shop, and running a service department for years, I was very impressed with Michael and the other gentleman in the service department. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, how ever you want to look at it, the service from the time I pulled up until I left was perfect. The technician even found a couple things that I forgot about, saving me another trip. Your service department is fantastic.

I believe that the service was excellent, but I believe that some of the tests developed by Toyota Corporate are not accurate. 1. The under car trip lever is not consistent and the test for same does not detect its function. It is not effective, especially when I am carrying a load to the car and it may take several swipes of my foot, if it works at all, to trigger the tail gate. 2. The signal in the outside rear view mirrors for cars passing on my side are at best intermittent. I noted this in my 10K check-up 3/22/24 and was told they are fine; thus your test only checks for signal connectivity (which must be intermittent); or there is something not functioning with respect to the radar detection! These are not mechanic problems, but design or manufacturing problems. I hope that I will receive a response from Toyota mfg. this time! The trip lever problem was submitted to mfg. several months ago, but I never heard back. Gene Victor Lindberg Sincerely
