Your mechanics and service writer don’t investigate or diagnose … they only replace parts at premium prices. I had all the old parts and your people wouldn’t even examine them to determine if they were still usable. A side view mirror repair became an almost total replacement and cost over $500.

Extremely frustrated with my appointment. I was told that the appointment would take 1-1.5hrs when it actually took 2.5hrs. At hour 2 I had to go to the counter to ask for an ETA. I had planned for 1.5 hrs but the extra hour prevented me to run errands while I was in Fort Wayne. FW is an hour from my house so running to town isn’t an option.
I also never received my multi point inspection. I have no idea how my car is doing and what will require maintenance and create a budget for those maintenance activities.

Because of my past experiences getting dealer repairs on my Ford Mustang where it took multiple visits and finally I had to tell them what to look for,I want to wait and see how this repair works out. In the past, Evans Toyota has been spot on with repairs, expensive but good.
