I was completely satisfied with the service Jeremy provided. I was dissapointed the the part I need was on 2 to 6 week backorder. Jeremy verified my issue was covered under my warranty and communicated well while my car was being serviced. Jets just do better on part turnaround.

I spoke with the advisor and told him I have bigger tires, can you make sure the don't screw up my tire pressure. He told me yes! I will make a not of it... Then I pick up my vehicle and my tire pressure is 38 psi lowered from 51.... So I had to go home and spend 20 minutes airing up my ties again. I will not come back!
