My appointment was at noon for my tires to be rotated, I waited 2 1/2 hours. The services was good but the wait was long.

Yes, totally satisfied with my experience there. I’d especially like you to know about the young lady w/the long brown hair behind the counter on this visit who was especially kind & accommodating. She came outside w/me as I was leaving and reattached the luggage cover that had come off and I couldn’t figure out how to do so myself. Sorry I do not remember her name. Also, I am 74 yr. woman living way below the poverty level. I was denied my senior discount on this visit “because I bought a plan for $299.00”. I really feel that Toyota should offer their elderly patrons their senior discount on each visit. For me, that is something that always kept me coming back to Toyota. Even though I struggle to have the funds to properly maintain my Toyota Prius, always receiving a senior discount just takes some of the sting out of it knowing that Toyota has my back @ that they can identify w/most elderly’s financial plight. I’m hoping that someday Toyota’s senior discount will apply to 100% of our expenditures made at Toyota dealerships. Thank you for the opportunity to share my thoughts with you and for reading this.
