I don’t understand why it takes almost an hour and a half for an oil change. I’m also not a fan of the texting potential problems instead of a service employee coming to the waiting room to tell you your car’s ready or you might want to consider fixing this or that issue. So much for customer service, let’s join the masses and let technology communicate. Also, as I observed the waiting room yesterday, almost every employee was staring at their phones, service included….maybe that’s why it takes an hour and a half for an oil change.

Trunk would not open. Took my car in to Evan’s Toyota in Fort Wayne. They called me and said the latch was broken and they could not fix it until the next Tuesday. Then they said I could not pick it up for the weekend because the trunk lock was broken and the trunk lid would not close. So I was out a car for 3 days over the holiday weekend. Then they charged me $800.00 dollars for fixing it. Then after complaining about the cost they reduced the bill by 10% Wow! Can’t afford to get anything to go bad on my Camry. Totally unacceptable! Design flaw in the lock of the trunk because there is no outside lock on the trunk nor anyway to get into the truck besides tearing the backseat out. Glad I did not have something valuable in the trunk.

He told me a little longer than a hour to service the car. It was over 2 hours for the oil change. That is too long to make someone to wait for an oil change. I bought this car brand new from Evans 10 years ago and never had to wait that long.

Had my van all day. All the maint required, warning lights still on when I picked it up. Charged $300+ dollars to do absolutely nothing. Would likely have received better service from an unlicensed hobo I found in a park. Took the “diagnostics” and $8000+ estimate you gave me to another shop and having the same work done for 1/4 the cost. Your shop is criminal and you should be ashamed.
