The service was fast but I have no idea about what was checked. Were my fluids ok, were all the lights working, were there any leaks detected, how much brake pads were left? Was there any play in the wheels indicating lose bearings? And on and on. I thought this was going to be a complete check up.

I did the express checkout and I would have preferred my car keys in the car so I could just leave. What’s the point of paying online to “skip” the line when you still have to wait in line to get your keys.

The service was great. The problem I had was getting a ride back to work. I was told to get a seat in the transport car, I was the first one to get in. The driver told me to get out of the car because the other person had an appointment. So I got out. I decided to forget waiting for him to get back. So I ended up walking to work. It is just under 2 miles. As a cancer patient it was a challenge. My time is as important as the other rider, which they had to wait for her to get in the transport car. If it wasn’t for the great service I received from Mike. I might consider taking my business to Bob Thomas where I take my wife’s car. A bit disappointed in the attitude of the driver.
