Everything was great and I was taken good care of. I do however have a concern about the Ravs alignment. There was a alignment done it's first 10,000 mile service and today I was told my rav4 was out of alignment? I have never EVER had such a experience with any other vehicle I have owned. And I have no information on how far out of alignment my rav4 was and the corrections made on my billing statement. Really bizarre and kinda makes me wonder if it really was out of alignment or that a issue with the suspension components is being overlooked. Maybe someone can investigate that for me so I am not being charged $155 for a alignment every 5-10,000 miles!

It was virtually impossible to get a response from service. Phone calls were unanswered, messages were not responded to, and information via text was few and far between. The receptionist (whoever answered the initial calls)was very helpful and made some suggestions but service was awful.
That being said, the work was done adequately.
We’ve been Evans Toyota customers since 1986….based largely on the quality of the product and the excellence of the service department. But things have changed since the days of Mark Rossi. We’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future.
