They left air filter loose and cabin air filter holder broke and the cabin air filter frame loose. I already set everything back except for the cabin holder that I don't know where to find it to buy it. From desk person 5 star nice person and easy to understand went he spoke to me. Yes I be back for my free oil and filter because is free but make sure to do a inspection on everything you guys touch to make sure everything is set.

Went to Evans to have 4 new tires installed. My appointment was at 11:00 am. I didn’t leave Evans until after 4:00 pm. The service staff somehow misplaced my paper work . How can that happen? I missed my nephews wedding. He got married that afternoon. I can’t get that time back . It was the worst experience at Evan’s Toyota. I’m not calling for anyone to lose their jobs, but a through investigation must be conducted to ensure this does not happen again. I waited, waited, and waited. **** unacceptable .

You may calll but we discussed what bothered me while I was there. It was difficult to sit and see my car in the outside “done” parking area for 10 or more minutes after I had waited for my car for about 1-1/2 hours. I wish my paperwork could have been done more quickly or I was told everything is done and your car is ready, we are just behind on getting your paperwork ready for your review and signature.!

I was up there at 8:00 this morning for a tire rotation and I was in the waiting room for 2 hours and when one of the workers walked through I stopped him and asked him what was taking so long so he went back down to check out with the issue was. He came back a few minutes later with my key and my paperwork and said that the guy that was handling my service request got occupied by another customer and it seemed he was occupied for a very long time because I don't believe a tire rotation takes 2 hours. And if I had not asked one of the workers about it I do not have any idea how much longer I would have sat there in the waiting room waiting to be told that my car was done. When the young man gave me my key and my paper he said my car was already parked out side and it was ready to go. I have no idea how long it was sitting out there but since the guy that was dealing with my tire rotation also had another customer that apparently was more important than me I would think he should have and would have and could have given someone else my key and my paperwork as soon as my RAV was done so I could be on my way in a little more timely fashion then waiting 2 hours until I finally checked on what the issue was myself. In all the past times that I have been up there I do not think I've ever had to wait so long for such a small amount of work to be done and apparently being forgotten about. That's about it. I would prefer the next time I go up there for my tire rotations and my oil changes that I have a different person behind the desk take care of me instead of forgetting about me because some other more important customer has his attention for more important business than
mine.
