My appointment was at 11:30 AM this morning. My service was not completed until 2:15 PM. I will say the service staff was very apologetic and explained that they were extremely busy today. But almost 3 hours for a 10,000 miles service that included an oil change and tire rotation is just too long to wait, when I had an appointment and was not just a walk in.

$126 for a 2 hour long oil change is absolutely ridiculous. Also, to not check the lugnuts before ripping them off the vehicle is also ridiculous. If 8 of them were "swollen" one would think an experienced service tech would notice that and discuss it with me prior to ripping it off and making it unusable. This was my first and last service experience with Evans. Kay was friendly and extremely patient with some elderly woman that definitely pushed anyone's limits of patience. Kudos to her.

Evans charged me $550 to replace one TPMS sensors. This did not fix the problem and returned for another repair. They want $1,200 more to replace all 4 of these sensors and i refused. We stopped at Costco and they said the problem was the spare tire sensor and the 4 regular tires were fine. I ordered a new spare and a new sensor. The charge was $290 and system is now fine. I’m never going to Evans Toyota again!!
