First of all, after the technician reduced the tire pressure in the tires to 33 psi from the recommended 38 psi, I contacted service department to ask why was the pressure reduced to a level below the recommended amount and received no explanation but I was told I could return to have the tires inflated to the level. At first, I said I’ll put the tire pressure back to the recommended level. Then I when iI went out to refill them I noticed a black mark on each of the tire rims adjacent to the valve. I tried removing the marks but decided to return the vehicle to have the situation corrected. I previously owned an Accord and let me tell you your service department lacks the professionalism and quality of work I received from them over the last dozen years that I owned the vehicle. When I first scheduled the service online, it was listed that I would be charged $38 for the service despite it be in a new Camry that I purchased 3 months ago with the Toyota care program as part of the purchase. After calling the service advisor and leaving a message at 7 am, I didn’t hear back until 750 that there would be no charge. Despite this being my first visit to your service department with a 3 month old vehicle, no one asked if there was any issues with the vehicle or if I had any questions about the vehicle. I even had to ask where the waiting room was after I was told it would take an hour and a half for my first 5000 service. After returning to have the situation corrected and was told it would take 30 minutes to inflate the tires and remove the marks on the rims, I noticed the red phone on the wall to speak to Mr. Evans if I had a concern about the service. There was no answer after about 20 rings. Given that this was a minor service, I am not sure I would have the confidence to come for something beyond an oil change and tire rotation.

I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer for years, having purchased five Toyota trucks—both for personal and business use—and have consistently brought my vehicles to this dealership for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.
I attempted to contact the service department multiple times, only to be left on hold without ever reaching anyone. This lack of communication was extremely frustrating.
When I finally brought my truck in for service, I was shocked to be charged an additional $500 for a part that was broken during the service. To make matters worse, I was promised a 15% discount to help offset the cost—but that promise was not honored. Instead, I received only $150 off a $4,100 bill.
Yes, a small amount was deducted, but the core issue remains: I was made to pay for a part that your service team damaged. That’s not just poor customer service—it’s completely unacceptable.
Given the amount of business I’ve brought to this dealership over the years, I expected far better treatment. As a result of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere—from now on, both my personal and company vehicles will be serviced at a different Toyota dealership.
