I’m sure the oil change and tire rotation was fine. However….when I checked in I specified told the man my tire light was on and to please put air in my tires. When I left Toyota and started my car the yellow light on the dash was still on. My husband was driving so he drove the car around the lot but the light stayed on. We went back in the service area and told them. They had not put air in the tires. The man did then. I was disappointed with this service.

You were told that there’s and alignment problem but you said there wasn’t a problem when we brought the car in later on you said it was a alignment problem which caused the tires to go bad so I had to pay for tires and alignment. problem that I told you about since it’s going to be a your word against mine. Not necessarily PA, but Evans Toyota as a company. I was waiting to get my light fixed and it is back out. I think the technician didn’t know what he was doing and therefore caused another problem with my remote starter. Now the light is out again. I’m convinced that they should’ve sent it to the Hyundai dealership to get it fixed. I still have no working light

He didn’t pressure me or laugh when I told him what I did. Quite the opposite. He said it happens periodically. Your industry needs more service desk people like Danien.
