We brought our Prius in for an oil change at 10:30. It was suggested that we do a coolant flush as well so we added that. It was supposed to take 2 hours so we waited. Since we hadn’t heard anything by 3:30, we asked about it and were told they still had things to do. We went to eat lunch and when we got back they had just finished. Way too long of a wait.
