When they have your car over 4 hrs. They should call u with an update. My car went in at 8:30 and after I called twice I got an update at 3 pm. The service people were very nice.

I saw that my car was in the parking lot so I asked about the progress of my car. Was told that it was on a test drive and when he had the paperwork he would come for me. 25 minutes later I left with my car. My car was the one I saw parked in finished lot. So my oil change and tire rotation took one hour and 40 minutes.
