Work took till the next day and my console tv rebooted this morning. More than $400 for a battery seems steep, and it cost me $80 in Uber because it wasn’t done Monday when it was scheduled.

My appointment was at 10am and promised to be completed at 11:45. They didn't take my vehicle in until I complained at 11:36. Not to mention the service desk guy that looked and sounded stoned that wanted to overalk me with his smartass way. I'll never come back to this establishment. It's very obvious that a service contract gets put to the back of the line to cash paying customers. I watched endless cash customers come and go. Even ones that came an hour and a half after me with major things to be done.

They were very thorough and completed everything I ask them to check included in under the time I was quoted. I believe it was Sam who even sat in my car with me and showed me how to find how many miles until empty on the digital screen. I loved the waiting area with massage chair and free popcorn, snacks, drinks, phone chargers, magazines, games, it was awesome! Way to go Evans! Unfortunately I couldn’t get my backup camera fixed without being charged even though it hasn’t worked since I bought it.
