Blaise has been helpful, friendly and thorough -- very professional-- over the years. I trust his judgement and suggestions. He gave good explanations of what would be explored and what might need to be done. Both with routine maintenance and big concerns (e.g. replace vs scrap car when hybrid battery in 2010 Prius experienced water damage. Not sure I like the text messages about write-up and recommendations Compared with more in-person methods of the past, but it would be valuable when dropping off the car for service.
