Chantelle was rude. After Chantelle told me what my bill was, she said, “I’ll be right with you, then I will give you my undivided attention”. Then she took a phone call from another customer. Then I asked her if I can pay my bill, and she replied, “Miss Durrant, I told you I’ll be right with you!”, Then she took 2 more phone calls from other customers and then waited on 2 additional other customers who arrived after me.

When I asked about a rough time for delivery, he said about 2 hours. At 2 hours, I walked to Dave’s desk and asked for a status. He called someone and the person said they were just finishing up. 40 minutes later I was called to the cashier. I would have liked more or sooner communication from the rep. I was there almost 3 hours.
